Program Operations Manager Intern

Monster Worldwide is seeking a Sales Enablement & Operations Intern to join our team in our Weston, MA headquarters! The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders, cross functional teams, and other interns while participating in various assigned projects. There will be a primary project to complete during the internship that will revolve around designing a program and meeting project deliverables. This project will then be presented by the individual at the completion of their internship.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist with reporting, projects, and processes
  • Understand user needs and apply to assigned projects
  • Perform analysis
  • Coordinate programs
  • Research problems/opportunities, identify solutions and create presentations
  • Participate in departments/project meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned in support of department’s overall vision, strategy, and goals
  • Creating and presenting overall project plan
  • Meeting project deliverables and reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a BA or BS program at a credited college or university
  • Must be returning to school in the Fall to either a BA, BS or Master’s Program
  • Completed courses related to assigned functional area (Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing)
  • Basic understanding of terms and principles in assigned functional area (Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing)
  • GPA 3.00 or above
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Self-Starter that is comfortable working independently
  • Data driven and analytical
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
