Transfer Pricing & Compliance Specialist                      

We are currently looking to hire a talented Transfer Pricing & Compliance Specialist on a Full-Time basis for our Prague, Czech Republic office.

As a member of the centralized Accounting Team based in Prague you will be responsible for wide spectrum of compliance processes including Transfer Pricing and you will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

We are looking for a candidate with strong ethical values who will assume a primary responsibility for managing audits, ensure quality of the processes and compliance with rules and regulations.

Strong communication skills are essential as the role involves a communication with number of internal teams and also external parties.

What you will be doing…

• Managing and coordinating corporate, statutory, and internal audits
• Key point of contact for the external auditors
• Regular assessment of company’s internal controls and documentation of processes according to the parent company Key Control Framework
• Maintaining documentation of SSC processes
• Performing regular compliance activities (selection of journals for senior level approval, review of accesses to the systems etc.)
• Oversight of the Company’s intercompany transactions and ensuring compliance with Transfer Pricing (TP) rules
• Preparation of TP documentation and analysis
• Submission of TP reports in the financial reporting system (Tagetik)
• Calculation of the Management Fees between group companies
• Liaise with tax department and assist with group tax initiatives
• Communication with number of internal teams and also external parties
• Assistance to the Accounting Team in the monthly closing activities

What’s essential for you to have…

• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance with prior audit experience
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations
• Experience in process documentation
• Accounting or Auditing certification beneficial
• Previous SSC experience an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external contacts through open and confident communication
• Strength of character and tenacious approach to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Ability to work under time pressure
