External Description:

Monster Worldwide is currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to support our Customer Service organization. As an Analyst you will identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs. You will work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Product, Marketing & BI teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. You will provide data that is accurate, congruent and reliable, and ensure the information is easily available to users for direct consumption or integration with other systems. Ultimately the contribution of the Reporting Analyst will help enable Monster to be more effective, efficient and help drive improvements to our customers experiences. Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): Work with different teams to gather requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI) Design, and document dashboards and reports either on a regular recurring basis or as needed Build an understanding of the business through Dashboards and Reports at a level of detail that enables the Business to identify areas critical to the organization’s strategy and performance; Demonstrate creativity in problem solving in a complex and evolving organization. Research business problems and create models that help analyze these business problems Coordinate metrics with other teams in the division for consistency and correctness Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis   Qualifications: 3+ years of experience creating Power BI dashboards (or equivalent) Extensive experience with data visualization techniques Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with managing and modeling of large data sets, required. Data Analytics background Advanced Excel skills Strong Communication Skills
