Want to be part of Monster’s Government Solutions Team? Come join Monster! We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our team in Weston, MA. The Monster Government Solutions team provides phone and email support to HR users and applicants in the governments area. You will train Applicants on how to successfully apply to the Federal Government, and other vacancies, and also train HR Users on the best-practice uses of Monster.
- Demonstrating excellent call handling skills, with a professional demeanor while adhering to measurable departmental goals for both complex and non-complex calls
- Establishing rapport with customers, making them feel unique and valued
- Having a strong desire to help and take ownership on seeing things through
- Documenting all customer information and communications in CRM system Job
- Must be a US Citizen to be able to obtain Federal Security Clearances, including drug test
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Dependable and flexible to switch shifts with a co-worker, as needed
- Knowledge of government hiring process
- Experience with SaaS model
- Leadership and mentoring inclination
