Position Title: Associate UX Designer_G01

Associate UX Research

Monster Worldwide is seeking a Associate UX Researcher to join our team in our Weston, MA headquarters! The Senior UX Researcher will contribute to a new employer product experience by collaborating with researchers, product, designers and developers. The ideal candidate will have a desire to help deliver positive user experiences while learning user experience research activities in a hands-on manner.

Responsibilities 

  • Plan and conduct user research studies, such as interviews, user testing, remote usability sessions, surveys, card sorts, etc.
  • Help recruit and schedule participants for research studies
  • Assist with research activities, such as note-taking and observation
  • Write test scripts, track and manage data, compile and present findings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human factors, sociology, business or other related field
  • Self-starter with strong desire to learn and contribute
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods a plus
  • Use of online tools such as usertesting.com and optimal workshop a plus
