We are currently looking to hire a talented HR Administrator on a Full-Time basis for our Brno, Czech Republic office.

In this role, you will be working under the direction of the HR Director, the Senior Human Resource Administrator provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS, compensation, benefits, staffing/employment, and employee relations.

What you will be doing…

  • Responsible for the on-boarding and exit process of Monster employees and contractors.
  • Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department.
  • Provides counseling to all employees on company policies and procedures, benefits, and all HR/company processes.
  • Creates and maintains all personnel data files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinates employee enrolments, changes, and termination of participants in all benefit plans and programs.
  • Prepares and delivers HR presentations and trainings as required.
  • Assists to maintain all HR processes, guidelines and policies are updated.
  • Responsible for maintaining the HR database up-to-date – contractual employment data, personal and contact information.
  • Generates periodic and ad-hoc reports to assist management.
  • Provides all updates on employee status and personnel data to Payroll department and ensures smoothly month-end closing.
  • Assists and participates in local/global HR related projects.
  • Generally provides HR related administrative support as needed and assigned.
  • Builds and maintains strong cross-departmental relationships with all business functions.

 

What’s essential for you to have…

  • Experience working in an administrative environment.
  • Customer service mindset with the capability to work with people on a daily basis.
  • Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
  • Additional EU language is a plus (e.g., Dutch or Italian), Czech language is not a requirement.
  • General knowledge of labor law.
  • Excellent teamwork, positive attitude, and a great sense of humor.
  • Strong attention to detail, proven organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, stakeholders, staff, and external vendor’s staff.
  • Able to demonstrate extensive administration experience including processes, database management and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt positively to changes related to work processes, department structure, environment, and technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as business requires.
  • Works without close supervision; normally does not require instructions on daily work.
  • PC literate (MS Office tools – Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
