The Job Description:

Looking for an outstanding Lead Management Analyst to help us grow and enhance our Data Governance team while ensuring CRM integrity, accuracy, consistency, timeliness and completeness across core functions and reporting programs. The essential functions within the role will be to support the business goals and objectives throughout the organization in executing reconciliations and matching for critical data points, thus boosting the creation of sales business accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile CRM data against official company registries in order to enrich sales leads and stimulate the creation of new business accounts;
  • Reconcile Duplicate Accounts under the correct Account Territory;
  • Maintain and Manage Company Hierarchies in CRM for complete Account Territory health;
  • Process integrity checks on data points based on trend analysis to determine possible discrepancies in Territory Alignments;
  • Implements new standards and/or processes to prevent future systemic anomalies;
  • Processes and check CRM data in accordance with internal Audit requirements and regulations;
  • Conduct CRM testing, in view of maintaining or enhancing functionality for the Sales Department on Territories, Leads and adjacent System Objects;

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong detail orientation and sensitivity to subtleties;
  • Ability to manage large data set reports;
  • Conduct Analysis of data reports and apply findings to current business processes;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, other Office functions are an advantage but not a requirement;
  • Knowledge of standard data and data file formats;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing work environments;
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships and communications with Management and Business Leads;
