External Description:

Account Manager- Field Sales Analyst

Monster Worldwide is seeking an Account Manager- Field Sales Analyst to join our team! The Account Manager will be responsible for selling Monster’s extensive line of recruitment specific solutions to organizations to help fill their current openings and build their business.

Responsibilities 

Lead Generation

  • Engage in creative lead generation
  • Identify ways to leverage data to identify ideal customer profile and opportunities for new and win back activities.
  • Create priority lists around the most strategic and fruitful accounts leveraging industry specific data

Account Management

  • Support an assigned base of Monster clients through sales and follow-up activities across Staffing Field and mid-market segments.
  • Create and deliver customized “standard” presentations.
  • Assess and identify customer needs.
  • Monitor account production, growth, and predict future needs.
  • Communicate account plans and key customer issues to all members of the sales and support teams.
  • Differentiate self and Monster from competitors by knowing the customer better and developing solutions based on this knowledge.
  • Identify possible threats to sales opportunities and create solutions to overcome them.

Building Partnerships

  • Partner with account decision makers to identify ongoing account trends/usage rates, Monster product training needs.
  • Cultivate internal and external relationships, to enhance knowledge and industry expertise with a focus on enhanced customer ROI.
  • Keep the customer’s interests in mind when doing business to achieve “trusted advisor” relationships
  • Partner with internal Monster resources to make or expand the sale.

Selling

  • Engage in appropriate preparation and data gathering to make the most compelling case for products and services.
  • Identify the right price point for the volume of business being generated by the client.
  • Identify the right people to talk to in order to gain a better understanding of the organization’s recruiting needs.
  • Interact with different stakeholders within the organization to understand where the business needs are.
  • Identify existing, current, lapsed and deeply lapsed accounts
  • Coordinate sales calls meetings and presentations.
  • Develop and manage ongoing lead/accounts pipeline.
  • Create proposals, solutions, and strategies that will help grow business.

Job Requirements

  • Maintains relationships with larger accounts and drives sales by developing deeper and wider contacts.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of our customer's buying requirements and business complexity, and understands how to work through the system effectively.
  • Must be an experienced sales representative as they will call on super buyers in staffing space that are end users with mostly analytical people
  • Focus primarily on client retention and up sell as well as new business focus.
  • Drives success with strong customer facing skills, consultative approach to business.
  • Hunter and farmer with strong solution selling skills.
  • Quickly and accurately interpret data in a meaningful way
  • Proactive work style with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize and work under deadlines
  • Builds understanding of the customer echo system to drive customer efficiency and customer ROI
