Associate Global Social Media Manager

Monster is currently recruiting for an Associate Global Social Media Manager to be in our Weston, MA headquarters! The Associate Global Marketing Manager will support activities associated with the global media team’s projects and initiatives, including social media, internal communications, brand marketing, and paid media. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and independently driven. They will have excellent written and oral communications skills, be innately curious, and exhibit an understanding of the digital marketing and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the daily community manager for all social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram) in the United States and Canada, including some weekend and evening hours
  • Manage Employee Advocacy Program through internal communications platform, Bambu
  • Analyze and summarize organic social campaigns and initiatives, leveraging analytics partners
  • Work collaboratively with brand marketing, public relations, and content teams to create, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars
  • Create social media content, leveraging partners Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
  • Execute live event social media strategies and initiatives 

Job Requirements

  • An excellent understanding and passion for social media, frequenting Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to interact with all levels of management across the organization
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 1-3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing, communications, copywriting, brand marketing, or social media role
  • An understanding of graphic design is a (big) plus!
  • Ability to read and write French a plus (but not necessary), as this role will work with our team in Canada daily
