Compensation Consultant- Contractor

Monster is looking for a Compensation Consultant to join our team in Weston, MA. The Compensation Consultant will provide dedicated project support to the Total Rewards team for the global job structure and leveling redesign project to support the new Monster organizational framework underpinning the new operating business go to market model.   The consultant will manage large sets of data and serve as a project manager for major activities within the overall project including job mapping, job description writing and documentation, career path support, market analysis and benchmarking, and more as identified. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary assistance with the job mapping process including consolidating and analyzing job maps, providing recommendations, and ensuring consistent calibration across the organization
• Support market analysis and benchmarking processes
• Evaluates compensation information for internal and external equity
• Manage the project specific job description library and process
• Assists managers and HR Business Partners with job description guidelines and writing to ensure consistency
• Assist with roll-out of the new structure to include communications, manager education, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of related experience required
• Experience managing large sets of data from multiple sources
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, advanced level skills preferred
• Must be comfortable with pivot tables, vlookups, if statements, and basic macros
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong detail orientation required
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Oracle HR preferred)
