Position Title: Senior Systems Engineer_G01

External Description:

Responsible for administration and support of the Monster Worldwide Global Corporate Infrastructure Services. Provides administration and support of all Windows and Mac based client desktops/laptops together with the associated client and server-based applications Interface to other Technical services members for others areas of support. Provides excellent customer service at all times, ensuring calls are dealt effectively. • Technical regional lead for Administration, management and maintenance of Monster’s Corporate Infrastructure Services including: Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, MS Intune and Office 365 environments. • Providing technical support to resolve user trouble tickets that have been escalated by the Monster Service Desk. • Manage Microsoft Virtual Desktop environment for MY development team. • Manage Desktop/Laptop inventory in the region, coordinate new and repurpose system builds with MS Intune / Autopilot and Hybrid. • Manage and coordinate regional and global GIS project to ensure project accuracy and completion. • Administration, management, and maintenance of our Microsoft MDM system used for system inventory, software delivery, patch management and hardware deployments. • Provide mentoring on Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Endpoint Management related topics to regional staff. • Manage and support end users access to Office 365 / OneDrive/ MDocs etc.. • Primary contact for all end point security related issues in the region.
