Monster.it è alla ricerca di un/una neolaureat* da inserire nel team Sales e che si occupi di sviluppare new business.

La persona che stiamo cercando deve essere motivata e curiosa di intraprendere un percorso di formazione e crescita nel mondo delle vendite. Ricerchiamo un ragazz* appassionat*, con forte attitudine imprenditoriale, commerciale e relazionale, interessat* al mondo del digital advertising, che sappia affrontare le sfide professionali con positività e problem solving.

Di seguito una lista esemplificativa delle attività che la persona dovrà gestire, allo scopo di sviluppare il business:

1) lmparare a presentare i servizi Monster in maniera unica e distintiva ai potenziali clienti

2) Saper rispondere alle obiezioni dei clienti

3) Imparare a prendere appuntamenti con i potenziali clienti

4) Supporto nella predisposizione e presentazione di offerte commerciali

5) Supporto per l'aggiornamento dei dati in CRM.

6) Imparare a Iavorare in una squadra di sales&marketer

Se ti sei appena laureat* , hai una ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) , una ottima predisposizione al mondo digital e social , sei curios*, spirito imprenditoriale, passione per la generazione del fatturato, amante delle sfide, inviaci il tuo CV. Noi ti offriamo un ambiente internazionale accogliente, professionisti disponibili ad insegnarti il mestiere del business development con passione e pazienza.

Sede di lavoro Milano Stazione Centrale, orario dalle 9 alle 18.00 dal lunedi al venerdi, Pausa pranzo dalle 13 alle 14. Contratto stage , compenso 500 euro al mese per 6 mesi.
